Gongaga
Take your fancy new buggy here:

You can cross the lighter colored parts of the river, as seen on the picture to the right:
When you arrive at Gongaga press Cancel to exit the buggy (as explained). Walk up slightly to start a fight with the Turks.

After the battle take the top right trail towards the reactor. Travel up to the reactor and you’ll be interrupted by Scarlet for another short scene. Take a look at the reactor where Scarlet was standing, there’s something shiny back there! Titan Materia is a new summon for you. Go back down to the fork in the road and take the other pathway.
You’ll come to another fork, take a quick look up the top left pathway until you find some yellow Materia lying on the ground. Grab it, and then head up the top right pathway to find a small rundown village. Take the time to visit all the huts. After that, go back out to the fork in the road and take the top left trail to exit Gongaga.
Hop back into your buggy and make your way to Cosmo Canyon as seen in the map to the right.
The buggy will breakdown on the way there, just continue to the town on foot.
