Turtle's Paradise
The Turtle’s Paradise Flyers side-quest involves reading a number of flyers found around the world that yield a nice reward that includes the following:
It can be quite a pain in the ass to go back and grab them all, but if you know all their locations as you go through the game, the rewards are worth stopping by and reading a few flyers. If you're reading through the walkthrough provided on this site as you play the flyers are included as side-notes to ensure that you don't miss them.

The first flyer can be found in the Sector 5 Slums. While travelling with Aeris to visit her parents house you’ll come across a room where you’re given an option to steal 5g from a young boy. If you chose not to steal the Gil you can come back now to receive a Turbo Ether. The flyer is located on the wall in his room.

The second flyer is located in the Shinra Building on the very first bottom floor. It’s at the far north end of the room (under the stairs) on the bulletin board. You’ll have to read through a few other notices before you’ll see the Turtle’s Paradise Flyer as the last one.
It’s important to note that you only have two chances in the game to get this flyer and if you missed out on it both times you can no longer complete this side-quest. If you missed it the first time you visit the Shinra Building you can come back and grab it when the team parachutes back in later on in the game (click here for more information on the second visit to Midgar).

The third flyer is located in Gold Saucer at the hotel near the item shop.

The fourth flyer is located in Cosmo Canyon near the weapons shop (Tiger Lily).

The fifth flyer is also in Cosmo Canyon near the inn.
|
|
The sixth flyer is located in Wutai in the basement of Yuffie’s house on the wall.
