Travel to Nibelheim with Tifa in your party. Go to her house and start playing the piano up in her room. Here is the tune you need to play:

A scene will start up and at the end of it you will receive Tifa’s level 4 limit break, Final Heaven.

Note: You need Cloud in your party to do this side quest. If he’s still in Mideel you will have to wait.
