Lon Lon Ranch:
At the back of Lon Lon Ranch you will see a large stone building. Go inside it and find the cluster of boxes. Maneuver these boxes around until you can access the small opening on the back wall. Crawl throught the tunnel to find a heart peice.
Lost Woods:
Go to area 1 on the Lost Woods Map and play with the two skullkids in the lower area of the map. Complete their songs three times to obtain the heart peice.
Lost Woods:
Go to area 4 in the Lost Woods Map and play Saria's Song for the skullkid by standing on the small ledge infront of him.
Hyrule Castle:
Make your way to Hyrule Castle and wait for it to get dark and go back into the market. You should see a bunch of dogs wandering around the streets. You have to find one named Richard and make him follow you by running close to him. You can only have one dog follow you at a time, so if you happen to grab the wrong dog at any time just walk into and back out of any of the buildings. Richard is in the town center close to where the person is looking out the window, and he's white in color. Return him to the lady in the house located in the back alley.
Graveyard:
One of the graves, when pulled back, will reveal a hole. It has no flowers in front of it to show you that it can be moved, unlike the other moveable graves. Inside you should find one ReDead. Play the Sun's Song in there and a chest will appear with a peice of heart.
Graveyard: Dampe's Gravedigging Tour
Come to the graveyard during the time that's listed on the sign in the graveyard and talk to Dampe. Just pick where you want to dig. The heart is in a random place on the trail. Dig in the proper spot and you will find it.
Goron City:
Make your way to Goron City and locate Darunia. The torches surrounding him are lit, but the ones outside his chamber are not. Take a Deku Stick and light all the other torches. The jar in the middle of Goron City will start to rotate. Now go up one more floor and find any Bomb Flower. Pick up and throw a bomb into the jar and it will stop on a face. You want it to stop on the happy face to get a heart. You can make as many attempts as needed.
Death Mountain:
From just outside the Great Fairy's cave on Death Mountain you will see the owl sitting on a perch. Talk to him and he will offer you a lift down to the bottom of the mountain. Accept his offer and catch the ride onto the roof of one of the houses in Kakariko Village. There is a small ledge over the Cuccos pen on the side of the house. Jump down onto it and go in through the hole in the wall. You will find yourself in the pen of a cow and in the company of a peice of heart.
Market: Bombchu Bowling Alley
Now that you've completed the Dodongo's Cavern the Bombchu Bowling Alley is open for business. Make your way to the market in town and bowl away. If you get lucky, the prize willbe a peice of heart.
Zora's River:
This heart peice is located up Zora's river. Along the river you will find a Cucco. Carry the Cucco up the path, and part of the way up the path you will notice a heart. You need the Cucco you have brought to get it. Throw the Cucco up the ledges and be sure to grab him again quick before he does anything stupid like jump off the ledge. Then take a look where the river divides in two and follow the left trail. You should see a ledge which you use the Cucco to get onto. Then climb the ladder and make the jump for the heart peice.
Zora's River:
Basically the same as the last heart peice except this one is closer to the end of the river, near the waterfall. Just turn around when you get to the waterfall.
Zora's Domain:
If you head up to the King Zora's chambers you will find a lit torch. There are quite a few unlit torches in the Zora's Domain, which are all in a line, and if you light them all the peice of heart will appear. The last torch is behind the waterfall.
Lake Hylia: Fishing Pond
All you have to do is catch a fish that is 10 pounds or more and the clerk at the counter will give you a peice of heart. You may quickly find fishing to be quite fun!
Kakariko Village: Graveyard:
After you complete Dampe's Race take the exit by heading to the windmill. In the windmill you will notice a rotating platform. Jump onto it and use it to get over to the ledge with the heart peice on it.
Kakariko Village: Graveyard:
Beat Dampe a second time to recieve a heart peice.
Kakariko Village:
After you have stepped outside the windmill, just infront of you, will be a house with a blue roof. Jump on the fence and hookshot onto the blue roof. Talk to the guy up there. He will reward you with a heart peice.
Lake Hylia:
On top of the lab on Hyilia lake is a scarecrow. Just play the Scarecrow's Song and use it to hookshot to the roof. Then climb the ladder to recieve the Heart Peice. (As an adult)
Lake Hylia:
Go inside the Lakeside Laboratory and dive to the bottom of the professors tank. Then talk to him afterwards and he will reward you with a piece of heart.
Hyrule Field:
Between Hyrule Castle and the Gerudo Valley is a hole right next to a tree. Use your Megaton Hammer or a couple of bombs to find it. Inside is a pond, and by diving all the way to the bottom you will find a piece of heart.
Death Mountain Crater:
Head back to where you met the first Great Fairy. You will find a tunnel near there that leads into the crater. The wall through there is scalable, and there is a small opening in it down near the bottom, where you can find a heart peice.
Hyrule Field:
Just outside Lake Hylia you will find four fences making a square. Use your Megaton Hammer in the middle of the four fences to reveal a hole. In there you can purchase a piece of heart from a Deku Scrub for 10 rupees.
Zora's Fountain:
Hop across the ice blocks to the north side of the zone, the last block will have a heart peice on it. (as an adult)
Ice Cavern:
In the room with the compass you will find a frozen over peice of heart. Unfreeze it and claim it. (as an adult)
Zora's Fountain:
Use your new Iron Boots to sink to the very bottom of the Zora's Fountain and you will find a peice of heart.
Zora's River: Frogs:
Along the Zora's river you will see a log, and as you walk by Navi will leap over to it. Once you climb on it you'll be informed that a bunch of frogs are looking at you from in the water. Pull out your Ocarina and play these songs to get the heart:
Hyrule Castle:
Now that you have obtained the Lens of Truth you can also find an extra heart peice much easier than before. Wait until night and then make your way to the Treasure Chest Contest door in the Market. Play the Sun's Song if it's still day time. Use your Lens of Truth to look at what's inside the treasure chest. At the end you receive your Heart Peice at the end.
Death Mountain Crater:
After planting the seed here as a child it will now have grown into a bean plant that you can ride to the Heart Peice.
Death Mountain Trail:
The bean plant you planted in front of the Dodongo's Cavern will lift you up to the roof of the Dodongo's entrance which has a heart peice on it.
Kakariko Village: Graveyard:
Find the bean plant you planted in the past and it will take you up to a crate. Roll into the crate to break it down and you will receive a heart peice.
Gerudo Valley:
Before you cross the river take a look down stream from the waterfall. You'll notice a ledge along the side of the cliff on the east side. Jump down onto it, where you will find a boulder, and from there you can Longshot to the other side to a box. Roll into the box to reveal a heart piece.
Gerudo Valley:
At the base of the waterfall in the Gerudo Valley is a ladder which will lead you up to a heart piece.
Gerudo's Fortress:
Climb to the top of the Gerudo's Hideout, and look to the north. Navi will zoom over to a spot on the opposite building. Play the Scarecrow's Song to call up Pierre, and then Longshot over to him. The chest has a heart peice in it.
Gerudo's Fortress:
At the Gerudo's Fortress head to the far east where you can play a target game with Epona. Ride Epona while you talk to the Gerudo chick and then get over 1000 points to recieve a heart peice.
Kakariko Village:
Reward from the cursed skulltula family for collecting 50 Gold Skulltulas.
